1. Purpose of Use

The Space may be used primarily for the following purposes:
Meetings, seminars, workshops, and training sessions Events, parties, and private gatherings Exhibitions, art shows, and presentations Photo shoots, video shoots, and recordings Pop-up events and photo spot usage Any use deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or against public order and morals is strictly prohibited.


2. Hours of Use

Standard hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Use must be strictly within the reserved time. Setup, cleanup, and cleaning time are included in the rental period. Entry is allowed 10 minutes before the reserved start time. Extensions may be possible upon prior request, subject to availability. Please restore the space to its original condition before leaving.


3. Equipment

Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring equipment or tools. Take care not to damage the building, furniture, or facilities. Hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.


4. Photography & Media Use

Photos or videos may be taken during events held in the Space. Such materials may be used on our website, social media, or other promotional media.


5. Reservations

First-time users are encouraged to visit the Space in advance for viewing. Reservations can be made via our website, phone, email, or in person. Please provide the following details when booking: Date and time of use Purpose of use Number of participants Equipment to be brought in Reservations may be cancelled if false information is provided or if the use is deemed inappropriate.


6. Payment Methods

We accept: Cash / Credit cards / Bank transfer
Payment may be made before or after the rental, according to your preference.


7. Cancellation Policy

All reservations are considered confirmed bookings (no tentative reservations). If you need to cancel, please notify us by phone or email. No cancellation fee will be charged.


8. Liability & Compensation

We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage of personal belongings. We are not liable for accidents occurring in the parking area. Any damage, loss, or contamination of facilities, furniture, or equipment must be fully compensated by the user. We are not responsible for cancellations due to natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances. The Space is non-smoking. Animals are not allowed, except for certified service animals. Users are responsible for safety and security during their rental period.


9. Usage Restrictions

Use may be denied or terminated in the following cases: Use differs significantly from the stated purpose Subleasing or transferring usage rights to a third party Excessive noise, vibration, or odors Unauthorized advertising or signage Religious or solicitation activities Use by minors only (a responsible adult must be present) Any violation of these Terms & Conditions


10. Cleaning & Restoration Rules

Please follow the reserved entry and exit times strictly. Rearrangement, cleanup, and self-cleaning must be completed within the rental period. Return furniture and equipment to their original positions. All trash must be taken with you.
*Additional cleaning fees may apply if cleaning is insufficient. Any items brought in by users must be taken home after use.
